Training and talent
Building a green energy industry requires the right skills and talent. We are committed to building a workforce here in Newfoundland and Labrador that can meet global demand.
We are working with Qalipu First Nation and DOB Academy to develop an institute that will provide high-quality green energy training, including micro-credentials for industry and in-school sessions for K-6, junior high and high schools.
